Q. How do I apply if you are not recruiting for my career interest on campus?

A. If you do not find we are recruiting for your career interest on campus, please search our website for available opportunities that may interest you and apply directly online.

Q. What if you are not recruiting on campus at my school?

A. We only recruit on campus at a limited number of schools. If we do not attend your school please search our careers section for opportunities that interest you and apply directly online.

Q. Can an internship opportunity lead to full-time employment?

A. Yes. While we do not extend offers during the internship program, we encourage our interns to pursue full-time employment through the Accelerated Career Track Program. Internships are a great way to network throughout the company and to learn about the various areas you may be interested in for full-time employment.

Q. Can I receive course credit for participating in the internship program?

A. Course credit will depend on your school’s policy. The Brown Shoe Company internships are paid. Please check with your career center or academic advisor to determine your school’s policy regarding internship credit.
