Brown Shoe Announces Webcast of its Second Quarter 2005 Results Conference Call

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 19 -- Brown Shoe Company, Inc. (NYSE: BWS), today announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial results on Tuesday, August 23 at 8 a.m. Central / 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
